I've only read a few Buffy/Giles pieces, and the only one I really remember well was from (the primarily Spuffy and super-smutty) author Nautibitz. I was more of a Giles/Joyce person, myself. ;D Or Willow/Giles (before she realized she was a lesbian, anyways...that kinda sunk that ship!)
