Tsukareta ...

Taihen Taihen. Third shift is tough. Float on third shift is really tough. Float on third shift while cramming for the NCLEX is really really tough.
When I'm finished with that test maybe I can sit down to write something longer than a shopping list.
Recently DL-ed: Boogiepop Phantom
Recently DL-ed: Elfen Leid
Kurrently DL-ing: Chobits (aw, what the hell)
News flash: Maria-sama ga Miteru sucks. It is so NOT Yuri. BORING! I kept waiting for something to happen but it never did.
Kurrently Watching: Utena (two thumbs way up. Good OP too)
Off to work *sigh*

I've never seen boogiepop but both Elfen Leid and chobits are great shows so I'm sure you'll enjoy them:)

Waaaah! I just went to watch Elfen Leid (I've really been looking forward to that) and the subs are in French! Gotta DL an Eng sub now all over again. I wish they'd label these things for language. *grumble*
I've held off on Chobits thinking it was somthing I wouldn't like, but I figured what the heck. It must be popular for a reason.
Boogiepop is really weird so far. Something about eating bugs ... ?
Is that Hisoka in your icon? Uwaaaaa! Kakkoii!

[identity profile] duowolf.livejournal.com 2005-06-27 10:57 pm (UTC)(link)
yep thats Hisoka alright he's such a sweetheart.
Chobits is a very funny show but also very touching in places as well I really enjoyed both the anime and manga versions of the series.
Elfen Lied is a very bloody show but saying that it's also quite funny in places as well and it really makes you feel for the characters and the troubles they are going through.

I'm a big Tsuzuki/Hisoka fan. Yummy.
I watched Elfen. Very nice. I don't mind the gore at all. Love the ending.
Boogiepop is gory too, and pretty good, but veeeeery confusing.
I recommend Shingetsukan Tsukihime if you haven't seen it. Not your usual take on the vampire theme. I found it to be a pleasant surprise.
Still waiting for Chobits to come down ...

I love Tsuzki/Hisoka too they are defently my fav pairing from that show. I've heard Boogiepop was confusing which was one of the reasons I haven't watched it yet. I get confused at the best of times without something going out of it's way to confuse me.
I saw Shingetsukan Tsukihime some time ago and really enjoyed it. I've just started watching Kyou Kara Maou it's a very funny show about a boy who's flushed down a toilet into a fantasy world where he becomes king of the demons. It's also very slashy show which is always fun:)

[identity profile] akainagi.livejournal.com 2005-06-30 02:11 am (UTC)(link)
Yum. Slashy. I've had my eye on that one for a while too. I think I'll DL that one next. Is it still producing new eps, or is it complete?
Just started Chobits today, but only had time for a few eps. That is so cute! And a little hentai, which is good.

[identity profile] duowolf.livejournal.com 2005-06-30 08:07 am (UTC)(link)
It's still producing new episodes at the moment as it's on it's second season. Chobits is alot more male orentated then Clamps other series thats for sure.

did you like boogiepop phantom?
thin and abrasive, i thought.
nice ost though.

[identity profile] akainagi.livejournal.com 2005-07-18 01:24 am (UTC)(link)
*nods enthusiastically*
Ditto Ditto. Good OST. But just too obscure for me. And I usually don't have a problem with mild to moderately obscure stuff. Abrasive, yes = rubbed me the wrong way.
For horror, I prefer Gantz. I just finished Le Portrait de Petit Cossette too, which was pretty not bad. Elfen Lied's a goodie too.
Sankyuu for dropping by!
