Writer's brain-cramp

Sitting here sucking on a beer and a pocky stick (although not at the same time, that would be gross), finishing a chapter on one of my beegee fics.

I have a real hard time doing Joyce's character without making her more evil than is necessary. I guess it's hard to write good familial relationships with little personal frame of reference. And some of the things that Joyce did in series canon really irk me.

Maybe I should just go back to writing porn. It was less complicated. Or maybe I'll just write a quick pwp to improve my mood. Nothing quite cheers up like a jolly-good f***.
