Still looking for work, having a lot of bad days interspersed with some good days, but at least there are some good days in there somewhere. Think I've got a good shot at a unit manager job in Medford, which is a little further than I wanted to travel, but beggars can;t be choosers. Today was one of the better days. Saw the movie "9" today. Awesome - loved it. Jennifer Connelly doing one of the voices was a bonus.
Am a little worried that we're going to get buried in snow tomorrow and I'm supposed to be at my PCP and my psychopharm. What with Gloucester and its wonderful record with snow removal. At least I don't have to drive to work in it.

My insurance has decided to cover me for another day or two at the eating disorder center, which means I could be covered up to wednesday. My secret hope is that I get to stay through thursday morning so I can get another chance to try challenge breakfast since I couldn't go two weeks ago because of my unstable vital signs.

I watched the first half of the Branagh version of Hamlet in the wee hours of yesterday morning and it was amazingly good. I'm hoping to get to finish it this AM.

I'm in a huge funk because I ate my whole dinner last night (apple, green beans, 2 slices of pizza and soymilk). I feel like a horrible gutless fat piece of crap and I sooooooo want to skip breakfast this morning to make up for it. Before I do, though, I have to try some daily affirmations my CM wants me to use:
1. Being thin will not make me happy, only I can do that
2. I need to eat in order to have the energy to do what I love to do
3. It is not my voice telling me not to eat; it is ED who wants to control me forever
4. Two slices of pizza will not make me fat
5. I am an attractive person just as I am
Now to make myself believe all this shit ...

I can't believe I spent that much money in one day. Wow.

I bought:
- Seven new bras, two pair of jeans and a shirt, all on sale from Lane Bryant
- The new Loveless, Iono-Sama no Fanatics and two Fumi Yoshinaga manga (love her!)
- Season 4 box of Naruto (Hey, everyone's allowed a guilty pleasure)
- DVD of Hairspray (Yay John Waters), and a horor movie named Reincarnation
- The Game of the Year Edition of The Longest Journey & Dreamfall (Loved TLJ, have my doubts about Dreamfall (no Cortez). It'll be nice to have TLJ on a DVD instead of 4 CDs though)
- Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil 2, SMT: Devil Summoner and SMT Persona3
- Echo Night Beyond (Ghosts ... in ... Space!!!!!)
- 5 bottles of Ramune for export back to Berlin

The nice thing about my job is that I can work two extra days and all of that stuff will be payed for with change left over. I'm off to watch Hairspray ...

What shitty weather. We are supposed to be celebrating graduation with a big barbecue outside at the tech, but it has been raining for a week and a half straight. And it doesn't look like it's gonna let up anytime soon. I know it's under a tent, but the turnout sucks and it's just not as fun.
I played the Gakuen Heaven game this past week, and even though I couldn't really inderstand it well d/t my pathetic grasp of kanji, I managed to get the Kazuki/Keita smutty ending on the second run-through. Go me. I love GH and its cute boys.
I also watched the bootleg of the Silent Hill movie I got off of bittorrent. It was good in parts (like the fact that I could totally femslash Rose and Cybil) and the effects were great. But the dialogue was clunky, the child playing Sharon was not a very good pick, and I could have actually done with LESS explanation. And I thought the plot could have been better. It was enjoyable, though, I guess.
